Rutiner for HMS-opplæring ved Herøya Industripark

Alle virksomhetene ved HIP har gått sammen om å lage en felles obligatorisk HMS-opplæring for personer som skal ha adgangstillatelse til HIP. Opplæringen befinner seg i web portalen MunioLMS. Under følger en forklaring til hva som må gjøres for å gjennomføre opplæringen og få adgangstillatelse.

Når adgang er gitt og opplæring gjennomført, kan adgangskort hentes i vaktsentralen ved Herøya Industripark. For å gjennomføre opplæring og få adgang må følgende gjøres:

Dette må firmaet gjøre:

  1. Åpne opp linken i bunn av denne siden og send det utfylte skjemaet til din kontaktperson eller den tekniske kontaktperson som angitt i ISNetworld. Dette skjemaet er avgjørende for at vi skal kunne gi adgang til Herøya Industripark!
  2. Gi beskjed til dem som skal ha adgang, angitt på skjemaet over, om å registrere seg og fullføre kursene, se under. Dette gir den enkelte adgang til Herøya Industripark

Dette må den enkelte gjøre:

  1. Registrere deg ved å gå til denne adressen: https://yaraporsgrunn.muniolms.com/no/registration
    1. Er du allerede en registrert bruker i Munio LMS, gå til trinn 2
  2. Når du har registrert deg i MunioLMS, logg deg inn ved hjelp av denne adressen  https://yaraporsgrunn.muniolms.com/no/user/access
  3. Velg lokasjon "Yara Norge AS avd Porsgrunn" og velg relevant(e) sone(r):
    1. Fabrikkområde: Tilgang til Yara sine fabrikker (NII, SSO, FGJ3/4, KS/FGJ2, Skipning o.l)
    2. ISPS: Tilgang til kun kaianlegg, ingen tilgang til fabrikkene
    3. Sjåfør: Tilgang til kun å hente/bringe varer, ingen tilgang til fabrikkene
    4. HACCP: Tilgang til CO2-anlegget
  4. Gjennomfør kursene, pass på at det står "Gjennomført" under Yara Porsgrunn

Routines for HSE Training at Herøya Industrial Park

All the companies at HIP have joined forces to create a common mandatory HSE training for people who need personal access to HIP. The training is located on the web portal MunioLMS. Below you will find explanation on how to execute the training and get personal access.

When access is given and training executed, a personal access card will be handed out at the security center at Herøya Industrial park.

To get proper HSE training and personal access the following has to be done:

This is what the company has to do:

  1. Open the link at the bottom of this page, complete the form and send it to your contact person or the technical contact person specified in ISNetworld.
    This form is crucial for us to be able to give access to Herøya Industrial Park!
  2. Notify those who need access, indicated on the form above, to register in MunioLMS and complete the courses, see below.

This is what the individual has to do:

  1. Register in MunioLMS by clicking this address: https://yaraporsgrunn.muniolms.com/no/registration.
    1. If you already are a registered user of Munio LMS, go to step 2 for logging in
  2. Once you have registered in MunioLMS, log in using this address:  https://yaraporsgrunn.muniolms.com/no/user/access
  3. Select location "Yara Norge AS avd Porsgrunn" and select relevant zone (s):
    1. Factory area: Access to Yara's factories (NII, SSO, FGJ3 / 4, KS / FGJ2, Shipping, etc.)
    2. ISPS: Access to quay facilities only, no access to factories
    3. Driver: Access to only pick up / bring goods, no access to the factories
    4. HACCP: Access to the CO2 plant
  4. Complete the courses, make sure it says "Completed" under Yara Porsgrunn
